Delivery posture
Air-gapped where it’s required.
For agencies operating in classified or otherwise air-gapped environments, every part of the engagement — from WayPoint assessment to conversion tooling to managed support — can run inside the agency’s authorization boundary. No cloud, no external inference call, no telemetry leaving the perimeter.
WayPoint, by Labarum AI
WayPoint
by Labarum AI
AI-Enabled assessment, fully air-gapped.
WayPoint runs on Labarum AI’s local inference infrastructure. For commercial engagements, that infrastructure stays under our control and customer data does not leave the engagement perimeter.
For public sector and regulated industries, the same assessment runs entirely air-gapped. No cloud, no external inference call, no telemetry. The model weights, the inference engine, and the customer data all sit inside the engagement perimeter, behind the customer’s authorization boundary.
This is not a generic “we support air-gapped” claim. The infrastructure was designed for air-gapped operation from the start. The customer’s security accreditation team gets the architecture documentation they need to evaluate it.

Founder credentialing
Founded and led by a US Army veteran.
Control Point is led by Brian Hayes — twenty years in enterprise workload automation and a US Army veteran (Aircraft Electrician, Army Good Conduct Medal, Soldier of the Year). Service-disabled status applies. The SDVOSB qualification is built on real service, not a paperwork outcome.
